You should have recieved these files:
	2NOTE.EXE - application
	2NOTE.TXT - This file

2Note is simple to use. Instead of starting Notepad directly from the
program manager, make a icon that starts 2Note.Exe. It even has it's
own icon! This program requires the VB Runtime VBRUN300.DLL to run.

After starting the program:

In the Text box, type the file you want to open. Press enter to start
Notepad with no file. NotePad must be in the path. When Notepad starts
up, it will be maximized and word wrap will be cut on. That's it.
